CLASS ATTIRE

Dress comfortably, yoga pants, shirt and bare feet are fine! If you prefer, socks (that aren’t slippery), ballet slippers or soft-soled dance shoes can be worn.

No skirts please, so the teacher can give you proper feedback and movement correction.
