This follow along style class is perfect for dancers and non-dancers alike. This 50 minute class consists of a warmup, 3 cardio dances, 3 barre sections, and a cooldown. Modifications always offered and encouraged. Bring a yoga mat and see you on the dance floor! You’re ready!
