You are so much stronger than you think! Dance inspired fitness is a fun, safe, and low impact way to build muscle, increase flexibility, and boost your mood! This follow along style class is perfect for dancers and non-dancers alike. This 50 minute class consists of a warmup, 3 cardio dances, 3 barre sections, and a cooldown.
